The apartments are located in the Pechersky district in an apartment building on 47 floors – the highest residential building in Kyiv. The apartment is located on the 32nd floor with a beautiful panorama of the city.
The client requested to create a modern, bright space for a young family. The overall objective of the project was to create a stylish interior with an ageless design and durable filling. High panoramic windows became a feature of the whole interior, which created the impression of the absence of borders between the life of the city and the apartment.
Upon entering the apartment, the first thing that catches your eye is the spaciousness and freshness of the space. A small corridor leads to the living area – kitchen-dining room, combined with the living room. The dominant white shade in the day zone dilutes the shades of wood, metal and porcelain stoneware – parquet board and furniture elements. Shades of textiles make the interior more fulfilled and complement the basic color scheme of the day time zone. An individual molding on the walls, ceiling, fireplace frame and mirror frame in the form of grape trees was developed for this project.
Filling for all rooms is selected from such famous brands as Ditre, Flos, Caligaris and Flamant. Most of the furniture was created individually for this project, such as a bed in the master bedroom and a work desk in the cabinet, as well as a dining table. Panoramic windows also changed during the completion of standard ones to the Jumbo Glass brand.
During the design process, the ATOM always tries to emphasize the features of the client. Many details were individually designed for this apartment. The interior is well equipped for everyday life, but not oversaturated with details. ATOM fully oversaw the project, starting from the development of the design project, ending with the full implementation of the concept and the complete set of apartments.
